Interested in Lending a Hand?

Fundraising- Chicken and Beer social, Mite Jamboree and other events that are hosted by SIIH will be generating funds to re-supply practice jerseys for each player including Learn to Play programs. SIIH is also going to raise funds to purchase a second set of boards used to divide the rink into smaller areas. A large part of our fundraising revenue goes toward the on ice equipment used by coaches, this will continually be improved to help coaches provide the best environment for our players.
Volunteering- Southern Illinois, like most youth clubs and sports, is entirely ran by volunteers and their efforts. First, I would like to thank all of you who have helped make us strong. Secondly, I am reaching out for your help. We have waived the volunteer fees again for the coming season with special thanks to all of the families that helped make last season a success.
Coaching- If you are interested in coaching in any capacity with Southern Illinois during the coming season, please seek us out at this years registration fair. There will be a table set aside to answer questions regarding coaching and will be manned by Chris Mauk and Dave Nappier.
If you have any questions regarding volunteering for SIIH, please look for any board member. We'd be glad to help answer your questions.
