How to Schedule Team Time at the Hawks Nest

To schedule team time at the Hawks Nest, follow these steps:

  1. Confirm Customer Setup: You must be setup as a customer to book time at the Hawks Nest. If you are not set up yet, please send a request to hawksnest@IceHawksHockey.org
  2. Access Your Account: After you are set up as a customer, click on your "Account" button at the top left on a desktop or in your options menu on a mobile device.
  3. Bookings: Click on the "Bookings" button on the account page.
  4. Select your Dates: Click on New Booking. Then select your date and time range, what area you would like to book, what day you are looking for, and how long you would like to use it. Then click run report. Select what time you would like to book and then click Next at the bottom.
  5. Confirm: Confirm your bookings are correct and then click book.


Important Notes:

  • Calendar Reminder:
  • This booking process reserves the facility but does not automatically add an event to your team's calendar. Be sure to manually create an event on your team calendar.
  • First-Come, First-Served:
  • Scheduling is on a first-come, first-served basis, so book promptly.
  • Cancellations & Questions:
  • If you need to cancel a booking or have any questions, email hawksnest@IceHawksHockey.org


Confirm Delete
Click the delete icon again to confirm. Click escape to cancel.
