Future Hawks : Learn to Play

The Future Hawks Learn to Play and Continue Play programs are for players newer to the sport looking to work on the basic skills of playing hockey in a fun environment.

We are also partners with the St. Louis Blues and host Little Blues sessions.

It is for children at least 5 yrs old who have completed a Learn to Skate class or who can skate from one end of the rink to the other unassisted.

We run multiple sessions a year.

The next session should start in June/July.

All of the classes are held at the McKendree Metro Rec Plex.

Each session will consist of 50 minute classes once a week.

A jersey and socks are provided to first time players.

Full equipment is required.

We do loan out equipment on a first come, first serve basis. If you need rental equipment, please contact Gus at Coaching@IceHawksHockey.org
