Team Manager - Getting Started
Thank you to all of the family members who take on the role of Team Manager. You are the glue that holds us together, and keep us moving forward seamlessly every season.
In this role, you agree to be the team scheduler, coordinator, communicator, and all-around support for your players, families, and coaches. The most important role is being the liaison between the coaches and the parents, communication is key between all parties. Supporting your coaches with administrative tasks off-ice allows the coaches to focus on preparing and running practices and games.
There may be scenarios you encounter that are not outlined within this guide, please reach out to the Director of Managers or your fellow managers to identify the best approach to take to find a solution.
Coaches have the opportunity to build strong players.
Managers have the opportunity to build strong bonds, memories, and connection with those on and off of the ice!
