The Southern IL Ice Hawks hold a checking clinic each summer to teach the basics of checking and body contact to our 14u players.
Ages
Any player playing 14u hockey in the upcoming season for the Ice Hawks.
When
This clinic is usually held in June or July.
Where
We will hold the clinic at the McKendree Metro Rec Plex.
How Long?
We usually have 2-3, 1 hour sessions.

When: June 19th and June 26th at 7:15pm
Who: For first year 14u Ice Hawk players wanting to learn the proper way to hit, and for returning 14u Ice Hawks who want some more practice.
