Checking Clinic
The Southern IL Ice Hawks hold a checking clinic each summer to teach the basics of checking and body contact to our 14u players.
Ages
Any player playing 14u hockey in the upcoming season for the Ice Hawks.
When
March 2 & 9
Where
We will hold the clinic at the McKendree Metro Rec Plex.
How Long?
We usually have 2-3, 1 hour sessions.

This Checking Clinic is to go over the proper way to give and receive a check.
When: March 2nd at 7:30pm and 9th at 7:45pm
Who: For first year 14u Ice Hawk players wanting to learn the proper way to give and receive a hit, and for returning 14u Ice Hawks who want some more practice.
Cost: $30
