Off Ice Conditioning
We have partnered with Elite Hockey to Take Your Game to the Next Level—On and Off the Ice
Our 4-week Off-Ice Conditioning program is designed specifically for 8U through 14U players looking to build strength, endurance, and athleticism to support their hockey performance.
September Session Schedule (by Age Group):
- 8U: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday — 4:30 PM
- 10U: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday — 5:30 PM
- 12U: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday — 6:30 PM
- 14U: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday — 7:30 PM becomeelite.com
Players are encouraged to attend at least two sessions per week, although three is ideal for maximum benefit.

Drop-Ins Welcome!
If your schedule doesn’t allow you to commit to the full 4-week series, drop-in attendance at individual sessions is available—space permitting! Drop-in participants can train alongside registered players for a flexible, pay-as-you-go option.
